This is a rough sketch of the Flyer, first successful aircraft designed and built in 1903 by the Wright brothers.
As a kid I was fascinated with flying. I never got to build something revolutionary like this but
passion for creating still
inspires me.

This is just one of many variations of the design thinking processes out there. Actually, I drew this more than 8 years ago and it still makes sense. In reality, it is far from linear and it gets messy. But that's ok, as long as there's data and understanding of user needs, iteration, and respect within a cross-functional team all aiming at the same product and business goals.
About
With 7 years in leadership and over 20 in design and development, I bring a
diverse skill set that helps me lead cross-functional teams in creating compelling
product experiences from concept to launch. By aligning desgin principles and
user-centered methodologies with business objectives, I focus on delivering
outcomes that matter. Simplifying complex enterprise products is one of the
challenges I thrive on.
My expertise extends to building and nurturing teams, establishing a strong
cultural foundation and adapting processes to current needs. As a proponent of
servant leadership, I am committed to fostering and environment that
encourages personal growth and strive to be a supportive and effective coach
for my team.
While my primary focus is leadership, I stay connected to the craft to better
understand and empathize with my team's challenges. I'm always willing to
contribute hands-on when needed.
Personally, I'm passionate about art, music, and nature. I enjoy riding well-mannered horses and sometimes motorcycles — when the horses get rude :)
